Where are you located?
I currently operate a private studio located within the Sola Salon suites at 950 Criswell Drive in Greenville, NC. Once inside Sola Salon, you will find Black Cat Hideaway in Suite #13. Please note, as a private tattoo studio, all tattoo sessions are booked by appointment only.
Do you accept Walk-ins?
As a private tattoo studio, all tattoo sessions are booked by appointment only. When booking a session online, you will have visibility into my availability. Sometimes last minute openings occur due to client reschedules. Please follow my social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) for last minute openings.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book with me online using the booking links provided on the site. Alternatively, you may also contact me directly through phone, text, or email for assistance in booking.
What is the deposit policy?
A non-refundable deposit/retainer is required when you book your appointment – no exceptions. If you need to reschedule an appointment, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date. Final payment is due upon completion of the appointment. The deposit will credit towards the total cost of the tattoo at the end of your appointment. Failure to show for an appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
What is the Reschedule/Cancellation Policy?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment. Self-service rescheduling is available online within that 24 hour window. When rescheduling online, you will be prompted to select a new date/time for your appointment. You can also reach out to me directly through phone, text, or email and I can assist you in rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Please note that deposits for tattoo sessions are non-refundable for cancellation but are transferrable when rescheduling. Failure to show for an appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
How old do I need to be to get tattooed?
In the state of North Carolina, you must be 18 years of age or older to get tattooed. The state makes no exceptions, even with parental consent. You must present valid governmental identification in order to get tattooed.
Do you re-work or cover up existing tattoos?
Absolutely! However, please be aware that every tattoo is unique and so are the challenges that come with altering or covering one. Factors like size, color, age, and placement of the original tattoo can all impact the approach we take. Based on the severity, laser removal may be required before a cover-up can be applied. Please contact me directly via phone, text, or email to schedule an in-person consultation so that I can assess the current tattoo and provide recommendations.
How much does it cost to get [insert design idea here] tattooed?
Tattoos range in price based on a variety of factors (size, placement, complexity).
How do I take care of my new tattoo?
Tattoo aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of the appointment. Please be aware that proper aftercare of the tattoo is just as important as tattoo application. Please ensure to follow the provided aftercare instructions to keep your tattoo looking its best!
Do you do piercings?
I am a tattoo artist only and do not offer piercing services.
